Working Principle

VPSA Oxygen Plant uses Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption technology to produce oxygen. The ambient air is compressed and filtered through a molecular sieve that selectively adsorbs nitrogen and allows oxygen to pass through.

By cyclically pressurizing and regenerating the system under vacuum, it can continuously produce high purity oxygen with low energy consumption.
